After watching that video, I will discuss about what technology is used.
Smart Fridge
This machine can identify the contents in the fridge, if
there are content that are empty, then the Smart Fridge will notify the user.
Smart Wine Fridge
This machine is similar to smart fridge, but Smart Wine
Fridge is intended only for storing wine.
Smart Washing Machine
Before start washing, Smart Washing Machine will identify
the clothes that will processed if there are clothes that have different
colors, the machine will display a notification that the user can separate
them.
Electronic Shopping List
Electronic Shopping List is an integrated system with
Future Smart card. When user views the desired item, the user can immediately add
it into the list, which is stored in the Smart Future Card via the internet.
When user visited the Future Store, user can use Smart
Future Card so that machine can identify the identity and show their shopping
list. Furthermore, user will be guided how to get the items in the list.
Smart Shelf
This machine can detect the availability of item on the
shelf, Smart Shelf will give notice to the employee of the store when the
inventory is almost empty. The machine also can detect if there items are not
in place.
Smart Information Terminal
This machine serves for user to know the detail
information about an item, which is integrated with Smart Future Card.
Advertising Display
A screen is placed in front of shelf, which contains
detail and promotion is offer.
Smart Trolley
On each trolley used a touchscreen machine to display
shopping lists or detail of items and user guides for shopping. This machine is
also equipped with a tool that is used to automatically detect the items have
been place in the trolley.
Smart Dressing Room
When user wants to buy clothes, they can easily view a
visualization when wearing it with Smart Dressing Room technology. Initially
the machine will detect the clothes that will be used, then machine will
visualize user when wearing these clothes. If it doesn't match, then user can
change the color of the clothes.
Smart Mirror
For women there is Smart Mirror that serves to visualize
the make-up that will be used. First, the machine will visualize face of user
to the screen, then user can choose make-up with the options provided. They can
also customize the make-up, like changing the color of lipstick. If the make-up
has been appropriate, then the machine will print visualization and send list
of cosmetics used to the shopping list.
Future Check-out
When shopping is done and user will check-out, the
machine automatically identify a user and displays the total amount to be paid.
After the payment is completed, user can disable smart card.
Future Store is the
implementation of modern technologies, which have all been computerized and
interconnected using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology and the Internet. RFID is used to identify
all existing in Store and Internet are used to allow user stay connected while
outside. Each user has a Smart Future Card to store identity and shopping list,
which can be used while in the Future Store. These card can be used to active
the Smart Trolley, which is used to guide the user during shopping. When the
user wants to check out, the cashier machine will automatically calculate
quickly because the items had been identified previously by the Smart Trolley.
And with the presence of Future Store systems, user will feel shopping as easy
and enjoyable activities.
